Delivery Or Collection – We Can Do 7 Days a Week
Our shop in Pattaya is usually open Monday to Saturday (for shop opening hours, see our Contact Us page). Although our shop is normally closed on Sundays, we can also deliver on Sundays if requested.
How to Choose a Date – Checkout Page Restrictions
As a “safety feature”, the “date chooser” calendar on our Checkout page normally allows customers to choose only dates that are 1 or 2 Days or More after the current date. (In other words, customers need to create an Order Two or More Days in advance).
For example:
Date you Create your Order * – 1 June
First Delivery/Collection Date available in the calendar on our Checkout page – 2 or 3 June **
* the date in the world time zone where you are located
** the date you are allowed to choose depends on which time zone you are located in, and the time difference between there and Thailand
Many customers will not be able to use our calendar to choose Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery (but there is a different way to do it – see later on this page). This is by design, for two reasons:
- Time Zone Difference – Because of the time difference between Thailand and the country our customers are in (Thailand is GMT +7 hours), when customers in places like Europe and America create an Order, the time in Thailand will be many hours ahead and may already be evening or night time – which means we would not have time to do the Order.
- We May Need Time To Get Products From Our Suppliers – Because we sell many different types of products, we sometimes need time to get some of the products from our suppliers.
- Example 1: If you order Pink Roses, we may have sold out earlier in the day, and need time to get more from our suppliers.
- Example 2: If you order a Cake, we will need time to get it freshly made for you.

Same Day Delivery & How to Request
We SOMETIMES CAN do Same Day Delivery (usually in the Afternoons or Evenings, Thailand time).
Normal Cut-Off Time (Deadline) – Create your Order (and Pay) as early as possible before 2.00pm (Thailand Time) that day.
So this can be an option for customers created Orders while located in places like Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia (because they are in a time zone ahead of Thailand).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that even if you give us your Order before the above time deadline, Same Day Delivery cannot be assumed or guaranteed. However, we will do our best. Also, because we will not have much time to do your Order (and we may not have some products in stock), we may need to substitute the product(s) you chose with the closest alternative product (s) that we have available, or delay your Order until the next day (Next Day Delivery).
If you need Same Day Delivery, please try to contact Rin in Pattaya via LINE (see our Contact Us page) before you create your Order, so she can tell you if we can do it or not.

Next Day Delivery & How to Request
We USUALLY CAN do Next Day Delivery (Thailand time).
