After Creating your Order, there are usually 2 types of Email you will receive:
- Automated Emails sent by our website
- Manual Emails written by the Isan Flowers 2 Team
Order Status Types
The Automated Emails sent by our website are usually Order Status emails. Your isanflowers2.com Order will usually have one of the following status types (depending on what stage the Order is at):
- PENDING PAYMENT: Order is waiting for payment confirmation, usually from an online payment gateway like PayPal or Stripe after the customer chose an “online” payment method at Checkout, like “Pay By Debit/Credit Card” or “Pay with your PayPal Account”. When an Order Status is “PENDING PAYMENT”, the Order has not yet been approved or rejected and the Order Status cannot be changed to “PROCESSING” until payment is completed/confirmed.
- ON-HOLD: Order is waiting for payment confirmation, usually by Isan Flowers 2 admin, after the customer chose an “offline” payment method at Checkout, like “Pay By Thai Bank Transfer” (including Wise) or “Pay Later”. (“Offline” payment methods do not have immediate, automatic payment confirmation. Isan Flowers 2 admin will manually change the Order Status to “PROCESSING” if/when they see that payment has been received. “ON-HOLD” status is also given (changed from “PENDING”, “CANCELLED” or “FAILED” status) to Orders which a customer has abandoned online payment (at a gateway like PayPal or Stripe) and is no longer trying to pay.
- FAILED: Unpaid Order that the customer has tried to pay (usually via an online payment gateway like PayPal or Stripe) but payment failed for some reason, or customer abandoned payment before it was completed.
- PROCESSING: Order for which Isan Flowers 2 has successfully received payment, Isan Flowers 2 is checking (or has checked) the Order details, and the Order is waiting for Delivery or Collection. (NOTE: After checking the Order details, Isan Flowers 2 admin will usually try to contact the customer again, manually, to confirm if we can do what the customer wants AND/OR ask for any extra information we may need).
- CANCELED: Order that Isan Flowers 2 admin, or the customer, has cancelled, usually when the customer cannot pay successfully or no longer wants to pay.
- COMPLETED: Order that has been Delivered or Collected. (Isan Flowers 2 admin needs to manually change an Order Status to this).
- REFUNDED: Paid Order for which a customer has been given a (full or partial) refund.
Not every Order Status generates an automatic email & Order Status can sometimes change quickly.
Checking the Latest Status of your Order
You can check the status of your Order on our website anytime. Where to see it depends if you have created your Order as a Logged-In Customer or as a “Guest Customer”.
If you created your Order as Logged-In Customer (isanflowers2.com Member):
- You can see the status of your Order in the Orders area of your Account page when you are logged in.
If you created your Order as a “Guest Customer” (you were not logged in):
- You can see the latest status of your Order on our Guest Customer Order Status page.
