The Isan Flowers 2 Team are:
– Rin (Thai co-Founder & Manager of the Isan Flowers 2 shop). Originally from Udon Thani in North-East Thailand (in the Isaan region of Thailand), Rin is a very experienced and creative flower arranger.
– Bell (delivers Orders, Rin’s middle son)
– Simon (British co-Founder & Webmaster, based in the UK at the moment)

The aim of Isan Flowers 2 is simple – Give customers great products, complete & reliable service at honest, value for money prices … so they will be totally happy, tell their friends and come back to us again and again.

Knowledgeable and Experienced
We started Isan Flowers in 2008 and Rin worked in flower shops for many years before that. Most of our customers are British, American, Australian and European. We understand what “western” customers (“farangs”) like and expect.
Friendly, Personal Service
Isan Flowers 2 is an independent, Thai-British family business. We are not a large network or organization. We are not a “middle-man” – we do not pass Orders on to other florists to deliver. The flowers and gifts you order will be supplied and delivered by the Isan Flowers 2 team in Pattaya. We take care to understand and respond to our customers’ needs, and make sure we always give high quality service.
BIG Roses (Grade A)
All the Roses we sell are specially-selected, Big Roses with very long stems. We only use the most beautiful, top-quality Roses. They are imported into Thailand by our industry-leading suppliers and we keep their stems long in many of the flower designs we sell (except in some Round Bouquets and Baskets). They are more expensive than the Thai Roses that many shops and websites sell but they are MUCH bigger and more impressive. People can really see the difference.
Genuine Product Photos
All the product photos on our website are genuine. They show the actual flowers, flower product designs and/or non-flower products that a recipient will really receive (except when we need to use alternative items sometimes, when customers need their Order quickly).
High-Quality Products
Photos often do not fully show the size and full beauty of our flowers. When you buy flowers from us you can be sure that they will be fresh and as beautiful as (and often better than) the photo on our website. We also sell many types of non-flower products. These are carefully chosen for their quality and value. For example, our fun floating (helium) Balloons are imported from Europe and America.
Honest Prices
You don’t have to pay crazy high internet flower prices! By buying from Isan Flowers 2 you can be sure that you will be paying a fair price for your products. Unlike many smaller shops in Thailand, we have a ‘Clear Labeling & No-Dual Pricing’ policy. We clearly show the prices of our products in our shop and we do not charge higher prices for non-Thai people (farangs, for example. This means you can feel confident that you have paid a fair price, and not been ‘ripped off’.
NOTE: The prices of our products here on our website are slightly higher than our in-shop, cash prices in our Pattaya shop. This is to cover the cost of processing internet Orders and the commission we have to pay to internet payment providers like PayPal.
Reliable Delivery
We deliver 7 Days a Week to anywhere in the Pattaya area, and also to some areas outside Pattaya. You can choose one of our delivery time periods on your delivery date, and include your own personal message. After we have successfully done the delivery for you, we will send you delivery confirmation.

Memorable (including Free Photo)
Recipients will of course remember the impressive flowers we give them on your behalf, and you will receive something memorable too. After we have delivered your Order, we will send you a photo of your actual product and usually (if they give us permission) also a photo of the recipient (if you select one of these options on our Checkout page).
Privacy
We will respect your privacy. We do not need much information about you. Although we encourage and recommend customers join our website by creating an account (because there are several benefits, like easier ordering in future), it is not necessary. Our website visitors are welcome to create Orders as “Guest” customers.
