When you create an Order with us at Isan Flowers 2, you have two options for receiving your products:

EITHER … (1) COLLECT FROM OUR SHOP – Arrange for yourself (or someone you know, the Recipient maybe) to come to our shop in East Pattaya to collect your Order (see our Collect From Shop page)

OR … (2) DELIVERY – Ask us to deliver your Order to a delivery place in the Pattaya area

Delivery Areas & Prices

We are proud to provide an excellent, reliable delivery service every day (including Sundays).

We can deliver to anywhere in Pattaya, including Apartments/Condos, Houses, Bars, Go-Go Bars, Hotels, Shops, Offices & Hospitals.

  • I DO NOT KNOW exactly where – but I know it is somewhere in Pattaya – 200 Baht

Our product prices do NOT include delivery because it is fairer for our customers, especially those not needing delivery! (Many florist & flower delivery websites say all their products include “free” delivery. However, usually this simply means a delivery price has been added to the price for each product – so if you buy more than one product, you are paying for delivery more than once!). With Isan Flowers 2 you pay the cost of delivery only once, for your whole Order.

Our Delivery Prices are based on a combination of things (more than just the distance from our shop), including:

  • Order Processing & Communicating with the customer about their Order, including getting any missing or extra information needed.
  • Finding/Checking the location of the delivery place, before delivery.
  • (Distance from our shop).
  • Likely average travel time (including waiting in traffic) we believe it will require (from and back to our shop in East Pattaya).
    • For example, traffic can often be extremely busy/slow in central areas of Pattaya time (most days after 4pm & especially weekends and holiday times).
  • Contacting a recipient before delivery, if needed (see the “Our Delivery Process” section later on this page).
  • Contacting a recipient if they are not at the delivery place, and perhaps needing to waiting for them.
  • Providing the customer with a delivery photo & delivery confirmation.

The above are all extra customer service work & costs we would not have if a customer came to our shop to buy their flowers/products. Obviously some of the individual things above involve little time or cost, may not apply to every delivery, and some deliveries in the same area of Pattaya can be easier and faster than others, but we need to use an average.

Delivery to Other Areas in Chonburi province – If you would like us to deliver to an address outside the above areas, we can maybe do it (if it has a Thai postcode of 20150). Please Contact Us to ask for a delivery price, before creating your Order.

Other Areas of Thailand or Other Countries – Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot arrange delivery to areas of Thailand that are not in Chonburi province, or to other countries.

What Delivery Location Information Do We Need?

On our Checkout page we request the following information:

  • Delivery Place Type (For example … Apartment/Condo, House, Bar, Hotel, Shop).
  • Delivery Place Name (Name of the Apartment/Condo, Housing Village, Hotel, Shop, etc).
  • Delivery Address (include Building Number, Soi and Road names).

The more complete, correct and detailed information you give us about the recipient and the delivery address, the better the chance your delivery will be on time and avoid any delays. Places in Pattaya can be very difficult to find if/when the address is not complete (the Building Number or Soi and Road name are missing, for example).

Choosing a Delivery Date

Our shop in Pattaya is usually open Monday to Saturday (for Opening Hours, see our Contact Us page). Although normally closed on Sundays, we can also deliver on Sundays if requested in advance.

(Please choose 2 Days or More in advance, if possible) As a “safety feature”, the “date chooser” calendar on our Checkout page normally allows only dates 1 or 2 Days or More after the current date. This means it will not normally allow customers to choose Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery. This is by design, because of the time zone difference between Thailand and the countries many of our customers are in. Thailand is GMT +7 hours and when customers in places like Europe and America create an Order, our shop in Pattaya may already nearly closed/already closed. Also, because we sell many different types of products, we sometimes need time to get the products from our suppliers, if we do not have them in stock.

  • 9am-12pm (Midday)
  • 12pm-3pm
  • 3pm-6pm
  • 6pm-8pm
  • Anytime
  • Ask Recipient

Want a more exact delivery time? Tell us on your Order and we will try to do our best to deliver as close as we can to that time.

NOTE: Please understand that we cannot guarantee that every delivery will be at the requested delivery time. We always do our best but there are a number of good reasons why we may need to deliver at a different time. For examples, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Our Delivery Process

Sometimes, we will try to contact recipients before delivery, for reasons including:

  • a customer requested it, to check the recipient will be at the delivery place at delivery time
  • a customer requested us to agree a delivery time with the recipient
  • we need to talk to them to find/check the delivery location

If/When we do contact the recipient, we will do our best to keep as much information about the gifts a surprise as we can (but some recipients will not agree to accept a delivery unless they know more information).

Our normal delivery process is:

  • Sometimes try to contact the recipient before delivery (see example reasons above)
  • Arrive at the delivery place/address the customer gave us on the Order
  • Do our best to find & deliver the Order directly to the customer’s named recipient there

If the recipient is not at the delivery place, or is too busy:

  • (If the customer told us an alternative person/place on the Order) We will usually leave the delivery with that alternative person/place, if possible
  • Otherwise, we will try to contact their recipient (while we are at the delivery place) using the contact information they gave us on the Order, to ask the recipient what they want us to do with their delivery.
  • (If we cannot contact the recipient & the customer did not tell us an alternative person/place) We will usually leave the delivery at the delivery place with the person we believe is the safest, for them to pass on to the recipient later. (For example: Family member, Reception staff, Security Guard, Manager, Mamasan, Cashier or Work Colleague
  • After doing one of the above, we will try to contact the recipient later to tell them what we have done.

We will make every attempt to solve delivery problems. For full details of the many things we will do to ensure a recipient receives an Order, and the implications of delivery problems, please see our Terms & Conditions.

Surprise Deliveries

Some customers tell us they want the delivery to be a surprise for the recipient, and do not want us to contact the recipient before delivery.

Usually we CANNOT PROMISE/GUARANTEE that the delivery will be a surprise, for the following example reasons:

  • We may need to contact the recipient before delivery for one of the reasons described in the Our Delivery Process section above
  • The recipient may not be at the expected delivery place at the requested delivery time
  • If the recipient IS at the delivery place, they may get angry/unhappy if we disturb them
    • they may be asleep and not happy to wake up
    • they may be with friends and do not want their friends to see the delivery
  • if the recipient is NOT at the delivery place …
    • there may be no safe place to leave the gifts at the delivery place (no cool place for the flowers (or Cake or Chocolate), danger of theft, etc)
    • there may be no alternative person we can trust to leave the gifts with, and them to safely pass on to the recipient later
  • We may not be able to contact the recipient may

NOTE: The best way to help us make a delivery as much of a surprise as possible is to:

  • Tell us a Delivery Place where …
    • you are confident your recipient will be there (working, for example) for the whole Delivery Time period you have chosen (see also below),
      • OR an alternative person you can trust will be there to accept the delivery on behalf of your recipient, and safely pass the delivery on to them later (on the same day).
    • there is an alternative place we can safely leave the delivery if your recipient is not at the delivery place.
      • a Hotel/Condo Reception desk, a Housing Village Security Guard, for example.
  • Give us correct and complete information about the delivery location (Place Type, Address, etc). Giving us a Google Maps link is always a good idea.
  • Choose a Delivery Time Period that is not at the start, or end, of the day.

Delivery Confirmation & Photo

As part of our commitment to giving the best customer service, we are pleased to say we will usually do one or more of the following …

  • Send you an SMS text message to your mobile phone (usually before the end of the day), to confirm delivery has been done
    • If you have given us your correct mobile number on the Checkout page.
    • &/OR a Message via WhatsApp or LINE app, if you have chatted to us that way about your Order.
  • Send you an Email (usually within 24 hours), to confirm delivery has been done. (If you ordered via our Website or via Email)
  • Send you a Pre-Delivery Photo &/or Delivery Photo * of your Order.
    • Unless you have told us on your Order that you do not want one.

* Recipient Permission: Some recipients may not want/like/agree to be in the Delivery Photo. We will NOT force recipients to be in the photo. Instead, we will try to a delivery photo of only the products at the delivery place.

Social Media: We will NOT post recipient photos anywhere on social media without their permission.

Personal Message

On our Checkout page you can add a Personal Message for us to write or print on a “card” and give to your recipient. If you buy one of our great Greeting Cards (Printed), we will print your message in that. If not, we will use a small “business card”.

Translate into Thai? Normally we will write your Personal Message in the same language you write it on our Checkout page, but if you would like us to translate it into Thai for you, we will be happy to do that (free) – just request this when you write your message.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, services, please tell us (preferably within 24 hours of the problem so we can try to solve it for you immediately). We are happy to receive any justified customer complaints because we want to give all our customers great service.
