When you create an Order with us at Isan Flowers 2, you have two options for receiving your products:
EITHER … (1) COLLECT FROM OUR SHOP – Arrange for yourself (or someone you know, maybe the Recipient) to come to our shop in East Pattaya to collect your Order (see our Where are we page)
OR … (2) DELIVERY – Ask us to deliver your Order to a delivery place in the Pattaya area
Delivery Areas & Prices
We are proud to provide an excellent, very reliable delivery service every day (including Sundays). We can deliver to anywhere in Pattaya, including Apartments/Condos, Houses, Bars, GoGo Bars, Hotels, Shops, Offices and Hospitals.
- Pattaya (North, Central & South), Naklua & Jomtien – 180 Baht
- East Pattaya (within 2km of “Isan Flowers 2” shop) – FREE
- East Pattaya (from Sukhumvit Road to Lake Mabprachan area) – 140 Baht
- SOUTH OF PATTAYA – South Jomtien down to Ocean Marina & Huay Yai – 350 Baht
- I DO NOT KNOW exactly where – but I know it is somewhere in Pattaya – 180 Baht
PLEASE NOTE: The more complete, correct and detailed information you give us about the recipient and the delivery address, the better the chance your delivery will be successful and prevent any delays.
Our delivery prices depend on how far away the delivery address is from our shop, but the price is based on more than just the transport costs to the address. Our delivery prices include the time & cost of:
- Finding/Checking the location of the delivery place, before delivery
- Contacting your recipient before &/or after delivery, if needed (see Our Delivery Process section later on this page)
- Going to the delivery place (including waiting in traffic at busy times)
- Contacting recipients if they are not at the delivery place, and perhaps waiting for them
- Doing a delivery photo & sending it to you
Delivery to Other Areas in Chonburi province – If you would like us to deliver to an address outside the above areas, we can probably do it (if it has a Thai postcode of 20150, 20110 or 20180). Please Contact Us for confirmation and a delivery price, before creating your Order.

Delivery to Other Areas of Thailand & Other Countries – Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot arrange delivery to other areas of Thailand or other countries.
Why is Delivery Not Free?
Many flower delivery websites say that their products include free delivery. However, usually this simply means that a general delivery price is already added to the price you pay for each product (and therefore if you buy more than one product, you are paying for delivery more than once!).
Our product prices do not include delivery because that is fairer for our customers – you will pay the cost of delivery only once, for your whole Order (a separate delivery charge at a reasonable price, based on distance from our shop, as explained in the Delivery Areas & Prices section above).
NOTE: We may sometimes do Free Delivery or Reduced Delivery Prices promotions for a period of time (go to our Newsletter Sign Up page to subscribe to our Newsletter to hear about our promotions).
Choosing a Delivery Date
Our shop in Pattaya is usually open Monday to Saturday (for shop opening hours, see our Contact Us page). Although our shop is normally closed on Sundays, we can also deliver on Sundays if requested.
(Please choose 2 Days or More in advance, if possible) As a “safety feature”, the “date chooser” calendar on our Checkout page normally allows you to choose only dates that are 1 or 2 Days or More after the current date. This means it will not normally allow you to choose Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery. This is by design, because of the time difference between Thailand and the country our customers are in (Thailand is GMT +7 hours) and when customers in places like Europe and America create an Order, the time in Thailand may already be evening or night time, when our shop is closed. Also, because we sell many different types of products, we sometimes need time to get the products from our suppliers, if we do not have them in stock.
Need Fast Delivery?
If our Calendar tool “safety feature” does not allow you to choose a delivery date (see section above) soon enough, we USUALLY CAN do Next Day Delivery (and sometimes even Same Day Delivery).

Delivery Times?
We are pleased to offer you a choice of delivery time periods:
- 10am-12pm (Midday)
- 12pm-3pm
- 3pm-6pm
- 6pm-8pm
- Anytime
- Ask Recipient
Choose your preferred delivery time period during our Checkout process.
If you require a more exact delivery time, please tell us on your Order and we will try to do our best to deliver as close as we can to that time.
Our Delivery Process (& Surprise Deliveries)
Normally, we do not try to contact recipients before delivery, unless you request it (for example, you want us to agree a delivery time with the recipient, or we need to ask/check their delivery location). This because we try to get all the delivery information we need from you when you create your Order on our Checkout page, and we know many customers like the delivery to be a surprise for the recipient
Our normal delivery process is:
- (Do not try to call your recipient – see above)
- Arrive at the delivery place/address you give us on your Order, at the delivery date and time period you requested
- Do our best to deliver your Order directly to your recipient (or an alternative place or person that you have communicated to us)
If the recipient is not at the delivery place, or is busy, we will usually:
- (If you told us an alternative person/place on your Order) We will leave the delivery with that alternative person/place, if possible (and try to contact your recipient later to tell them what we have done)
- Otherwise, we will try to contact your recipient using the contact information you have given us, to ask them what they want us to do with their delivery.
- (If we cannot contact your recipient, or they are busy) We will leave the delivery at the delivery place with the person we believe is the safest, for them to pass on to your recipient later. For example: Family Member, Reception staff, Security Guard, Manager, Mamasan, Cashier or Work Colleague (and try to contact your recipient later to tell them what we have done)
NOTE: Please understand that we cannot guarantee that every delivery will be at the requested delivery time. There are a number of good reasons why we may need to deliver at a different time. For examples, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Confirmation & Photo
As part of our commitment to the best possible customer service, we are pleased to say we can …
- Send you an SMS text message to your mobile phone (usually before the end of the day), to confirm delivery has been done
- If you have given us your mobile telephone number during the Checkout process
- Send you an Email (usually within 24 hours), to confirm delivery has been done
- Send you a pre-delivery photo and/or a delivery photo of your Order (usually in the Email above, subject to our Terms and Conditions).
- If you have chosen this option during the Checkout process
NOTE: You will also receive an automated Email from our website (usually within 24 hours), telling you that your Order status changed to “Completed” (Delivered).

Personal Message
During our Checkout process you can add a Personal Message for us to write on a card and give to your recipient. If you have added one of our great Greeting Cards (Printed) to your Order we will write your message in that. If not, we will use a small “business card”.
Normally we will write this in the same language you write on the Checkout page, but if you would like us to translate it into Thai for you, we will be happy to do that – just ask us to do this when you write your message.
