How To Order

Here are the steps to create an Order on this isanflowers2.com website …

1a) EITHER … Do The Process Below as a “Guest Customer” (Not Logged In)

  • You do not need an account to use our website, but it is better if you do (see below)

1b) OR … Create/Log In to your isanflowers2.com Account

  • If you already have an account with us, log in to your account for a faster & easier Checkout experience
  • If you do not have an account, create one
    • Create an account using the simple & fast Register form on our Account page
    • See the benefits of having an account on our Member Benefits page, such as a faster & easier website experience

2) Add Products to your Cart

3) Take Your Cart to our Checkout page

4) Enter your Order Information (on our Checkout page)

On our Checkout page, enter your recipient and delivery information and choose your Delivery area (or the Collect From Shop option). For more information about our delivery or collection service, please see our Delivery page or Collect From Shop page.

Options include writing a Personal Message for us to give to your recipient and requesting a photo.

5) Choose your Payment Method (on our Checkout page)

There are several ways you can choose to pay us for your Order. Please see our Payment Methods page.

6) Pay for your Order

Follow the instructions (on our Checkout page) to pay for your Order, using the payment method you chose.

7) Receive & Check Emails that We Send to You

After creating your Order, there are usually two types of Email that you will receive from us:

  • Automated Emails sent by our website
  • Manual Emails written by the Isan Flowers 2 Team (usually Simon)

The Automated Emails sent by our website are usually Order Status emails. Your isanflowers2.com Order will always have one of the following status types (depending on what stage the Order is at):

  • ON-HOLD: Orders waiting for payment confirmation (or customer has abandoned and is no longer trying to pay).
  • PROCESSING: Orders for which payment has been successfully received (We will normally try to contact you to confirm this, and ask you any questions we may have).
  • FAILED: Unpaid Orders that customers have tried to pay but payment failed for some reason.
  • CANCELLED: Orders that the admin or the customer have cancelled, usually when the customer cannot pay successfully or no longer wants to pay.
  • REFUNDED: Paid Orders for which a customer has been given a full or partial refund.
  • COMPLETED: Paid Orders that have been Delivered or Collected.

NOTE: Order Status can sometimes change quickly.

After your Order has been Delivered, or Collected from our shop, there are usually two types of Email that you will receive from us:

  • Order Status Email (Automated Email sent by our website) (copied from code snippet added to transactional emails)
    • COMPLETED: Paid Orders that have been Delivered or Collected.
  • Order Update Email (Manual Email written by the Isan Flowers 2 Team)
    • Order Delivered
